Human Resources Management Cycle in the TOTO Group
To promote Group Human Resources Policy, the human resources management cycle( Development -> Utilization -> Evaluation -> Treatment)is executed within TOTO Group from the viewpoint of what is optimal for the group, Moreover, the function of this management cycle (PDCA cycle) serves to manage and promote a range of initiatives such as recruitment and development of human resources as well as improve-ment of the workplace environment and health management activities.
TOTO Group Awareness Survey
We conduct a "TOTO Group Awareness Survey" every year to assess nurturing of a spirit of challenge across all age levels and awareness of compliance and permeation of corporate philosophy, all of which indicate how all people working at TOTO Group regard the value of their contributions and self-expression that we use to make improvements.
