Also, TOTO has established overseas call centers in the US, China, and Taiwan, which provide a support structure for answering various customer inquiries and accepting maintenance requests. In China and Taiwan, customers can call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and the support centers provide services to customers so that they can use TOTO products with more peace of mind.
