FOR SMALL BALL 60-30 MICRON METERS PITCH
This is a high quality capillary with standard type bottleneck design specially developed for the ultra fine pitch bonding between 60 and 340 micron meters. High rigidity and accuracy of this capillary satisfies the quality required for ultra fine pitch bonding. By smooth polish finish from the hole to the inside the capillary we achieved the consistent loop characteristics. Because this capillary is repeatedly reusable by cleaning,we achieved superior cost parformance over the conventional disposable capillaries.
